tests/unittests: rtt_rtc: blacklist esp32
...
On esp32, pm_layered pulls in periph_rtc.
This results the real rtc functions being called, which of course
can't be fast-forwarded - all the tests fail.

...
With #12941 and #13613 some of the blacklisting introduced in #12461
are no longer needed, since `test_interactive_test_util` is lighter
or adds no extra code.
