pkg_tiny-asn1 test

This test tries to execute all basic dunctions of the tiny-asn1 library by decoding and encoding some data.

If everything works, the programs exits with a return code of 1 and prints "Decoding finished succesfully" at the end. In case of an error, the program returns with an exit code of 1.
