sys/shell: NETOPT_MAX_{PACKET_SIZE -> PDU_SIZE} ...

Updated the ifconfig shell command to use NETOPT_MAX_PDU_SIZE instead of the
deprecated NETOPT_MAX_PACKET_SIZE
