Benjamin Valentin 9c4eb8918f tests/unittests: rtt_rtc: blacklist esp32 ...

On esp32, pm_layered pulls in periph_rtc.
This results the real rtc functions being called, which of course
can't be fast-forwarded - all the tests fail.
