tests: Updated Updated BOARD_INSUFFICIENT_MEMORY

Added arduino-nano to BOARD_INSUFFICIENT_MEMORY/BOARD_BLACKLIST following suit
of how arduino-uno is marked, as arduino-nano is mostly an Uno in a different
form factor.
