Benjamin Valentin f89b852c1d cpu/lpc2387: clean up lpc2387.ld ...

Clean up the linkerfile and bring it more in line with cortexm_base.ld
(so far only for the ROM part)

As a bonus, tests/cpp_ctors works now.
