This changes the retransmission timeout behavior.
In SUIT the timeout was uses as the maximum time *all* retransmissions
could take, whereas in nanocoap the timeout was specified per retransmission.
This means that SUIT now adopts the timeout behavior of nanocoap.
The device ID returned on WLR089 is 0x13 instead of 0x12, but it appears to
work just like sx1276.
Also check for the other device ID to make the driver work on this module.
In the feather-m0 board the sx127x pin parameters are hardcoded for the
feather-m0-lora variant, but this is not compatible with other
configurations.
For example in the feather-m0 adalogger PA06 and PA08 are used for the
SD card. When combined with the RFM95W FeatherWing the IRQ/CS/RST pins
must be wired, and then the sx127x pins must be configured to match the
wiring (which will be necessarily different from the lora variant
configuration).
The braces (which appear to do nothing) were keeping Doxygen from
grouping the three "Endpoint ID defition" parameters (apparently
intended to be grouped from the braces in the file) from being shown
together.
Moreover, they kept CONFIG_CORD_EXTRAARGS from showing.
... anchored both under "compile time configuration" and "Networking /
CoRE RD"
This makes the related configuration items visible on the same page.

The title is long enough that it is easily misread as "Client
Configuration" and skipped when looking for common configuration.
(Plus none of the other submodules of net_cord spell out the full "Core
RD Endpoint and Lookup Client" module name again,a dn all say "CoRE RD
Something".)

Some -Wwarning-type flags were removed because in combination with
-Werror they caused clang to fail when the warning type was unknown.
Rather than enumerating them (a manual process with the extra risk of
leaving warnings disabled longer than necessary), this adds
`-Wno-unknown-arning-option` which disables the warnings (that are
becoming erors through -Werror) raised when a warning's name is unknown.
