boards/common/nrf52: Allow external boards ...

Replace `$(RIOTBOARD)/$(BOARD)` with `$(BOARDDIR)`, which also works for
external boards. This allows external boards to build on top of
`$(RIOTBOARD)/common/nrf52`.
