f0311ce1fa kinetis/ldscript: include _rom_offset 
- To be able to flash at an offset the vector table must be
  relocated accordingly to the IMAGE_OFFSET, therefore linkage
  needs to take the offset into account.

321aa567d6 kinetis: Memory segment attribute fixes 
vectors and flashsec memory segments will not be considered for orphan
sections if rx is only given for the rom segment.
